Purpose

This policy sets out the optional protection offered by Esports Pirot for rented ski equipment, covering material damage or loss during the rental period.

If you take the protection

If the equipment is damaged or lost, you pay 50% of its value based on the rented range. Esports Pirot covers the other 50%.

If you do not take it

In the event of loss or damage, you pay 100% of the equipment value according to the applicable replacement tariff.

What is not covered

• Damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence or use contrary to the equipment instructions.
• Use outside marked slopes or in conditions that are not normal for the activity.
• Intentional or deliberate damage.
• Damage to or loss of accessories that are not expressly included in the insured equipment, unless otherwise agreed.

How the equipment is valued

Value is calculated according to the rented range and the current replacement tariff.

Acceptance

Signing the rental agreement or collecting the equipment implies full and express acceptance of these conditions, whether protection is taken or declined.
